Here are some of the things we have going on in the house as we get it ready to move into...
The living room...paneled walls and ugly wallpaper!
Took out the paneling and drywall...and Dusty and his dad working on the electrical...
Lunch break!
We lost Josiah....oh, there he is...
Pulling up ugly kitchen flooring...
And my favorite...a spot for a garden...and since this picture was taken I have planted several things. Hope they grow!
Thank goodness for $.49 ice cream cones. Perfect distraction.
So we probably overestimated our ability to get things completely ready for us to move in by mid August...but hopefully we will have most of the really important things done. Excited to see how it all comes together!
